I've been servicing my car at Rosenblum for the past 4.5 years. VW Golf. Was 3 years old when I bought it, now almost 8.There were a few mechanical issues over the years (oil leak in suspension, coolant leak from coolant pump), all reliably fixed.Apart from that, I never got stuck on the road, never had any other issues and overall very happy with the quality of maintenance. Just scheduled yet another car service :)

As a female it’s hard to find an honest and trustworthy mechanic that won’t rip you off. However, I found that honest and trustworthy mechanic at Rosenbloom Automotive. I arranged for my car to get towed there and was informed by Nathan that he couldn’t fix it for 2 weeks due to the backlog. I was happy to wait as it highlighted the credibility of this place. To my surprise it was repaired the very next day as the starter motor was easy to replace and I was charged HALF the price quoted elsewhere. Just saying! Would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Nathan any higher. Had to repair a steering column for a 2000 Toyota Hiace and he moved rocks to get the part. Very good turnaround time as well! Also handled the RWC for two of my cars very professionally and highly competently. If you're looking for a really good mechanic who actually knows what he is doing, give him a call. You won't be disappointed!

Nathan is an excellent mechanic, who obviously believes in great customer service. He serviced my car at a fraction of the cost of the German dealership in Brighton. A minor mistake was made during the service. When I took the car back to him, Nathan accepted full responsibility, spent a lot of time and effort, at no charge, fixing the problem, replacing a part, and even washing my car to a gleaming finish for me way past his closing time. I will be back, and would highly recommend his service, his professionalism, and the convenience of his premises.

Such a great experience going to Rosenbloom. As a young woman I've found I have previously been spoken down to a lot by mechanics and their team, but Nathan and his staff at Rosenbloom were so kind and accommodating with my car repairs and explained everything really clearly over the phone. I will definitely be going here from now on :)
