When my mother passed away just before Xmas 2022 our family were in shock. None of us had planned a funeral before and we were feeling overwhelmed with all of the things we needed to do when someone passes. Kim and the Team at Compassionate Funerals QLD gently guided us through the funeral planning stage until we were all happy. We couldn't be more pleased with the care, support and advice we received from Kim, Roswell and the team in planning our mother, Jackie's funeral. We had a small, intimate funeral in the Chapel, and everything from the flowers, the slideshow, music and Roswell's heartwarming words were just perfect. The professionalism in producing the slideshow from some very old photos was simply amazing. Thanks again Kim, Roswell and the team for making it such a memorable occasion for us. I cannot thank Compassionate Funerals Queensland enough.Every small detail, every tiny personal touch was so carefully thought out and executed with meticulous love and care.It is never easy to say goodbye to a loved one, but the team at CFQ did an incredible job of helping me arrange everything necessary to say the perfect farewell.Every small request was listened to and understood and they were so very accomodating and understanding of our wishes.While I hope to not have to organise another funeral anytime soon - I wouldnt go to anyone else if i had to and I will certainly be referring CFQ to anyone I know in need of their services.Thank you again, you have all been so wonderful.
