Tess Technology (Sammy) has been helping Bounce design with our IT and computer needs for a number of years now and no job is too big or small. The thing we love about Sammy is even if we have a really lame question for him he is always there to put our mind at ease and always says there are no silly questions... although I have tried to push this theory at times. The other big reassurance as a business owner is unfortunately for Sammy sometimes our requests are quite urgent - as technology and deadlines sometimes clash - yet time and time again Sammy is there to assist us in getting things sorted with minimal downtime possible. Sammy also has extensive knowledge of the equipment we need and also what we actually don't need, and even more importantly he is a great guy to work with and have on our team.
