I had no idea about hair extensions and have been told that I need them to get the look I would like for my wedding. I found all the online stores overwhelming for a first-time user. So I walked into MHE and made a booking for the very next day.The girls were fantastic! They knew exactly what I was after. They matched my hair colour beautifully, and will tone them closer to the wedding if needed. I really appreciated that they took the time to show me how to put them in myself. And they also cut them into my hair as well. I would definitely recommend! The whole process took around 45min.

Worst experience. Salon had issues with hair extensions too. Most of my extension hair starting loosing chunks of strands, split in half and terrible quality. Many complaints later & still no response for anyone from the same salon in Melbourne.

Super impressed with the quality and longevity myself and my clients get from MHE.I couldn't recommend Jess' training more highly also. Plenty of communication and very easy to learn from!

I have been seeing Jess for nearly 6 months now and I have never had my hair extensions last soooo well. Previously they would become loose and undone from other salons within 1-2 weeks and now I can comfortably go up to 5 weeks without needing a lift on my wefts. I love how experienced, professional and fun Jess is and will not be going elsewhere for my extensions!

I find the review about the extensions falling apart to be difficult to believe, so please take that with a grain of salt.I’ve had MANY extensions throughout my life (since 2004 when they were horrible glue bonds to now) and my maidens are second to none in terms of quality and longevity. This salon is truly the unicorn for extensions because they’re affordable too. Kind of didn’t want to write this because I want to be able to get a booking in future but it’s the right thing to do for my fellow extension lovers! I highly recommend.

I am so grateful to have found this company and Jess! I have had the worst luck over the years with terrible extension jobs that have led me to not feel confident about my hair and upset every time I walk out of the salon. First time coming to Maiden and I am absolutely stoked. The quality of the hair is incredible and so is the attention to detail from this place. Thank you so much Jess, stoked to have found you!!!!

Absolutely amazing!!! Jess saved my hair!! These are the best hair extensions I have ever ever had!!! I had a terrible experience with tape extensions and Jess honestly fixed my hair! Me self confidence is now better and I don't lose hair with this type of extentions!!! Thank you so much Jess!!!

Looking for a sign to get extensions? This is it. DO IT!!! Jess installed my extensions today and I am beyond thrilled. I went from boring shoulder length hair to stunning, mermaid, Goldilocks goodness in under 1.5 hours. My hair looks better than it's EVER looked and I feel like a whole new woman. The studio is stunning and features a lovely cacti garden (massive bonus points for that, honestly!). Jess is highly knowledgable and talked me through the entire process of weft ultimate extensions. It was clear that Jess knew exactly how to get the desired outcome and her attention to detail was second to none. This was my first experience with extensions and I am so glad I went to MHE. Booking online was easy and Jess contacted me to get details about my hair in preparation for the appointment. She had the perfect colour-match to my natural hair in her extensive range. The quality of the product, professionalism of Jess and overall experience was incredibly impressive. I am so grateful and I am looking forward to catching up again for my next appointment!
