It amuses me no end that people LINE UP 4 deep in the afternoon to save 4 cents a litre on fuel that is 10c - 15c per litre more expensive than the great little independent service station just up the road at Kanwal (not far from Wyong Hospital)... go there instead and stop getting sucked in by these stupid shopper docket discounts"!!"

This service station has akways closed before it's displayed trading hours.Everytime I go to go there within half hour of closing time, it always seems to be closed half hour + before it's meant to be.Recommended going to lake haven service station

Staff do not follow covid safe measure yet blast random customers who do, male staff spent the entire time he was lecturing me about forgetting to sign in rubbing his hands on his face and mask all the while not once asking anyone else to sign in or touching sanitiser. Haha how gross, hipocritical and plain rude.Another seperate encounter I spilt slushie at the counter. I apologised and told the staff so it could be cleaned. The staff snapped Yeah I see the mess you made" absolutely no need for staff to be so rude"

This is my local servo as I live close, I go here everyday sometimes multiple times a day if necessary, overall I've had a pleasant experience except for one staff member who is outright rude and angry all the time, she is named Sharon and usually works the evening/night shifts...everytime I go over when she is working she is never at the front counter she is always out the back with the door locked, I have to ring the doorbell multiple times which is loud enough to be heard outside as well as every inch of the store and I end up having to wait for over 5 minutes sometimes or for another car to pull in before she opens the door and when she serves me she gets huffy with me trying to rush me back out the door so she can lock it again... But tonight when she did it, she must have forgotten that she had not put her facemask back on after doing and the smug look she gave me while she was serving me was really nice, pretty sure all Coles staff members should be wearing a mask while serving customers.

I stopped at this place on 31.12.2018 at 8.30. am the man that served me made a big deal over being 1cent over i had a Coles voucher but I didn't get to use it as i was stunned by the comment that he had made i will never buy petrol from that garage ever again and I have been going to this garage since it first opened.

the slushies are disgraceful most the time being out of order and not entirely worth it when working, the coffee machine is half the time out of order aswell and the staff are lazy about doing their jobs.
