Superb gym having caring and friendly staff. Its quite neat and tidy as well. The group classes held here are awesome. I enjoy them a lot. The trainers are very experienced and skilled in what they are delivering during training sessions. Its an innovative gym as well. New ideas of staying fit in a cost effective way keeps popping up now and then. Equipments in this gym are quite good too. Perfect place to keep yourself healthy, fit and surrounded with good friends.

Awesome program set for me by the PT. I’m amazed how much it has helped my physical health and as a bonus my mental health, it has given me a stronger more positive view on life.
