The best real estate I've ever dealt with. Eric is amazing. Down to earth, honest ( yes, their aim is to make money however he had a no BS attitude) sold house in a week. Highly recommended!

Lazy real estate agent they don’t check tenant background and keen to give the property to anyone that walks in. Had a huge loss due to tenant damage and not paying rent and the tenant was creating lot of issue to neighbours. That tenant never had a job or previous history, lessons learnt.

Worst property management in this council. Property Managers are shady they don't inspect and need to be chased for every thing. Tenant took them to VCAT and was literally roasted on call for the gaps in their work. Property Managers keep leaving them you wont be able to work with one property manager more than 3 months. If you still decide to go ahead with them ask for a discount they will do any lowest price you quote, but forget your property.

Worst Property managers in the area, attitude, selfish and frequently changing staff. People don't work longer in this company just reflect a lot. I gave my property to these people only to go through tons of headaches that never thought existed as an investor for 20 years.

Worse real estate agent and property managers ever they don't show up for property inspection appointment they made and kept me waiting. When i called office is closed at 4 PM while the voice mail says they hours are till 6PM. As a tenant they done respond to my mails or calls even if the roof is leaking. Damage and inconvenience was enormous but I don't think they tell whole story to owner, they might have said that tenant did not notify on time.

If you close your eyes and select any agent apart from these guys you will not go wrong. You will be extremely disappointed and surprised with the bad customer service, their audacity to command how good they are, they are living in a shell. We have gone through lot of pain with them. STAY AWAY

This is my first time in my life heard that agent charge for three months management fee and $100 document preparation fee to leave them. I know there is written notice but the reason I am leaving is that they have failed to do property inspections and don't look for a good tenant. They don't do any due diligence on tenant as well had lot of issues in the community. They are very unethical in their practice. RUN AWAY from these guys.

Never go through themThey made me travel for 1 hr for inspection and when I arrived at property during inspection they said property manager has already gone and she cant come back.This has happened twice. They will send you emails for inspection confirmation and they never show up during the time.
