Worst experience with a service provider I’ve ever had! Do not get your printer repaired here! Firstly the technician did not turn up on the booked day, but rang a couple of days later. When they did arrive they took 15mins to supposedly diagnose the printer issue but then automatically charged my credit card for 1hr without issuing an invoice or confirmation of the work. I was reimbursed 30mins after complaining. Ended up taking my printer to a reputable repairer to find Document Services were completely wrong in diagnosing the issue. Glad I didn’t get them to carry out the repair!
