Annette the best choice of mortgage broker We have used. I went to a mortgage broker before Annette and they told me I couldn’t get a loan due to my job contract, and if I did, it wouldn’t be with a big bank, after getting a second opinion Annette squashed that idea. My situation was not easy and I didn’t think we would get there, but Annette got us an amazing outcome and worked extremely hard to secure our loan, using the first home owners deposit scheme.I will continue to use Annette to refinance my current loan and for any future loans.

Annette was nothing short of a miracle worker for me.My initial conversation with Annette went something like ... Hi Annette, remember me? I need $xxxk is three weeks, yes I've signed the contract, no settlement is not subject to finance. I'll send you all my info tomorrow. Oh, tomorrow is a public holiday, are you sure that is OK?Two weeks later the finance was locked in, and my conveyancer had the loan funds at settlement.I can't speak highly enough of Annette's knowledge, professional systems, drive to find a solution and her communications. She found a great product for me.
