The worst customer experience of my life. Took 6 months, 33 emails and countless phone calls for my 4 metres of fence to be installed. Initially it was even installed incorrectly with the gate installed next to the footpath and the footpath blocked?? Within a month of installation the gate locks no longer align and again mutliple emails and empty promises from the team at Allvia and I cannot even get an employee to visit the site to assess what works are required. DO NOT USE.

Do not recommend this company at all. They are terrible with their service. They ask for a large up front amount of money and then nothing happens. We have been waiting months to have our fence installed. We have 2 gates and that is all. Their communication is terrible and they are always making excuses.
