THANK YOU TO VALLEY! I called up and initially spoke to a gentleman who was very nice to speak with, and did something super rare, which was being able to fit me in, same day, to have my windscreen replaced. He sent one of his workers out and 4 hours later, he arrived. He did the job well, was great to have a conversation with and we even had a couple of laughs! I asked for an emailed invoice, and I received one promptly and easily after messaging the owner. Oh, and did I mention that the price happened to be perfect? I had called many people before I called Valley (They didn’t answer initially) and I left voicemails. When they called back (After the job had already been done) I asked them how much it was to change the windscreen. They were all much more expensive than Valley! Not only was I lucky enough to get the cheapest price, but I got the best service! Cheapest price and best service don’t normally go in the same sentence, but with these guys, they definitely do! Ash come and inspected our vehicle to ascertain a potential leak in our windscreen, he found the source in the blocked drainage in the sunroof and gave direction on how to unblock the drains. Excellent service with a smile. We really recommend Valley Auto Glass.
