Burgers are just ok, especially Mcchicken, a bit dry. The fries were good.

Convenient stop on the way to the blue mountains. There’s 10 self service ordering machines and 1 cashier, so it was quick and easy to order when we were there. We tried the table service. The food was brought to our table but not the coffees, which was left in the counter until we collected it.

Ordered over $80 worth of food through drive through. No greeting and Saw no one at payment window, just paid through outside eftpos. Order all wrong when we received it. Matt, the manager, gave as our whole order again, after charging us extra after their mistakes. New order was wrong again, and cold, plus a hair was in a burger. Again, spoke to Matt, and was not helpful at all. Waited over 40 minutes for a drive through order with 5 tired and hungry children. Disgusting service. Matt thought the whole thing was quite funny.

Disabled toilet blocked, liquid on flooraround bowl of toilet could cause a slipand fall, so went into ladies toilets.They were no better.One had toilet paper strewn over thefloor, one was occupied, the other twohad no toilet paper.Told the girl behind the counter about thedisabled toilet and ladies toilets needingtoilet cleaning and toilet paper. She saidshe said I'll go and fix them now"I went to my vehicle attended to emailsand messages

No bad service and very clean just wished the burgers were cook fresh and not left for too long but otherwise very nice coffee and cakes kids loved it

We used the drive-through this time. Very busy but not terribly slow considering they were very busy inside as well.Inside the restaurant is kept clean. Staff have always treated us with respect (as we do to them) and are always very helpful.This is a very popular restaurant, so occasionally, there will be a wait time. Normally, not very long.

Came through the drive through at Blaxland. I ordered not a problem, but when I got to the pay window, the girl forced me to stretch out my window to tap the fixed eftpos instead of assisting with the extension eftpos which I watched her offer the car before! She was not very pleasant at all. I then got to the collection window to receive my order. I got home no more than 5 minutes later and sat down to eat. My thick shake was a 1/4 empty and the chicken Caesar wrap was full of grissly chicken skin and was hard to chew.I’m absolutely disgusted with the food and the service!!! I have just been reminded why I haven’t bought Maccas since 2000! Never again!!!

Toilet was gross. Vanilla thick shake instead of chocolate. I would have thought the colour would have been a give away.Screen ordering. Poor hygiene.Enough said
