Red Rooster - CharltonThe food is good, but the staff there are rude and abusive. It started when I took a coupon in to use, here was 2 coupons i wanted to use and i was told we can only use 1 coupon per order so we did 2 different orders and paid for the separately. The register lady stood there watching me pull apart the coupon sheet and when i was finished turned around and said that she vould of got a pair of scissors. The lady at the register scan my rewards card for the first order and when I ordered my second order she didn't scan my order so I asked her to cancel that order than is when the manager came out and started yelling at us. The register lady reordered our meal and scan my card. The manager started yelling at me again because I can't use more than one coupon at a time. As I told him there was two orders from 2 different people. He yelled that doesn't matter you can only use 1 coupon. I scan my phone to put a survey in about the service while in the store, which I never heard back from them, this happen twice. I asked the manger for his name and started yelling at me even worse. By the time our food was ready the manger was still yelling at me about the coupons and that I'm in the wrong for doing the survey, he only stopped when i walked out the door, meanwhile there was other customer in the store waiting to order their meals.

No stars from me.Went there at 7.20pm Friday night. I drive a semi trailer.So had to go inside.Inside a family of 4 where sitting down eating and a uber driver was waiting.A girl walked out and gave uber the order. She then started sweeping floor, then looks at me and saysSorry this store is closed now.All lights onDoor openWhen i walkd outside there was a lady REVERSING out of the drive thru goin off.Rude staffI wont stop there again
