NEST Home Services - Brisbane Cleaning Services

We engaged Nest Home Services to have our new house cleaned before we moved in. I emailed a thorough list as requested only to have the cleaners turn up to the house having no idea what needed cleaning. The cleaners were here for 3 hours and had cleaned some of the areas downstairs and it seemed like a basic wipe down of surfaces (upstairs had not been touched) After the 3 hours, the cleaners proceeded to have a break out the front. When my mum went to see what they were doing, we had discovered they had left the property!They didn't ask if we were happy with the job, or say they were leaving. This was extremely disappointing, so I contacted them to see if they were coming back. The response was dismissive and they apologised for maybe missing a window clean". I got in touch with the admin team

Daniel was very professional and made my house sparkle. I had a spring clean and was extremely happy with his work. I will be back again.

Mandie did an amazing job on my mother's unit which had not been deep cleaned for some time. When she finished it was sparkling and ready to put on the market.

We booked with nest to do a deep clean in our kitchen, living and balcony. While they did clean our oven.. the rest of the house was barely touched. There was still dirt and food scraps left around our bins, benchtops had not been wiped over properly, marks still on the tiles.We brought this up with them post cleaning to which their rep asked “why didn’t you say something when we were there”. We work from home.. we did not have time to quality check then and there. After back and forth they stopped replying, however did not send an invoice. We have just checked our account and $329 has been charged to us.Their service was unprofessional, lacking in attention to detail and quite frankly we feel scammed. We will not recommend this service to our friends or community, and would very much appreciate Nest refunding us as they did not provide the service they were contracted to do.

If I could give less stars I would. They had no trouble requesting my credit card details the day before I asked for a full bond clean of a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house. Upon time they were supposed to be here I got a call from Alex saying it would take him an hour or so to get here and was it worth it. So he never came. Believe the cleaners should be briefed on their jobs before so they dont humiliate themselves with clients. Disappointing to say the least.

After doing some searching and getting a few quotes for a pre-sale clean, I found NEST. Sally was prompt well priced, and her team of cleaners on the day. Did a great job.

Extremely unreliable. If you book a clean it is not likely that someone will show up. Have attempted 3 times, only showed up the first time then continued cancellations leaving me with needing to find another service provider at the last minute........very disappointing. Do not recommend.
