I used to go here to get my Keratin done, but as my hair grew so did the price! Staff was always different each time i went except for the owner. I never felt connected so didn't go back.

Had keratin treatment done didn’t last as long as they said it would and costed $400. The lady that did my hair was really rude, in the middle of doing my hair she stopped and started styling her own hair.

I went here to have a Keratin hair straightening treatment.I had naturally curly black hair that I absolutely loved but to my misfortune I decided to try this treatment, to relieve myself for a few months, from the work involved with caring for my curly hair.I was told prior to the treatment that my hair will not be 100% straight after the treatment. I totally appreciated the honesty and went ahead with the treatment anyway because who wouldn't love easy to manage" hair.During the treatment

I have shoulder length hair and rang for a quote to get foils. They Quoted me $180.. then when I got there they tell me that it is more $230 because my hair was touching my collar. I don't get how shoulder length is not touching my collar. I was there and decided to just get it done as I had a party to go to. While I was getting the streaks I commented that I wanted them to look natural and not too much contrast. Omg they were white and far apart!! I nearly cried I looked like a speckled chicken.. A kid could have done better. And while I asked the owner why they were so light she told me I needed to lighted up that its only hair. Then when I go to pay they tell me its $310.. I was horrified - they said that I had to pay $55 for blow drying which was never mentioned and another $25 for special shampoo again never mentioned.. Then to top it off my scalp was sore and by the next day it was seeping and some of the highlights were falling out. I went to the Dr and they said it was a chemical burn.. I rang the owner and she told me in no uncertain terms where to go. Karma is all I have to say - AVOID THIS HAIRDRESSER (wish I had googled first.

After searching for a new local hairdresser I have definitely found my one.I have been blonde for many years and have walked out of many salons with a golden band around my hair. The girls at hair plus have nailed my look with foils every time.I walk out feeling like a new person!Galit’s knowledge and passion for hairdressing shows in the quality of her work and I'm very thankful to have finally found a great hairdresser.Thank you so so much girls!

Asked for balayage, got foils, walked out with uneven colouring and orange streaks. Charged different from quoted price. Complaint was met with ridicule and was told to fix it would be another $150…on top of the $250 already paid. Disgusting treatment of clients, extremely unprofessional service and worst hairdresser ever.

Fantastic little salon and lovely staff - very professional and they use the best quality Brazilian keratin (the only 1 that works on my hair). I drove all the way from Byron and it was 100% worth it. I will definately be back.

I understand all the hype now about Hair+plus salon, I had a keratin treatment and will return again, and again!! Galit and her staff are so wonderful, i was offered tea and coffee numerous times and felt so comfortable. Do not think twice when booking with Galit. i will recommend this salon to all my friends and family.

I do not recommend this hairdresser and I hope a Karma closes it down!Exactly like others reviews (which I did regret for not reading before) the owner has 3 prices. Not ethic professionally price and customer service setting, also personally looked like a scheme.One price at the advertising, other quote via phone and she doubled up once you are seated down ( the owner always quotes you, not the stuff). She quote via phone my hair ( normal thin hair) for straightening Keratin treatment with shoulder length $250, timing 1 hour and half. Once I got there and was seated she said $450. I only except because I have ready prepared my kids and newborn baby seating on that day plus I wouldn’t never come back but she also took 3 hours at the end which messed up with my newborn planned feeding anyways which I regret accepting and staying!Nevertheless, the way she did the treatment with a cold fan on my all face in the winter and terrible chemical breathing, was absolutely terrible and cold. Horrible experience and nightmares for me as a consequence. My current hair has lots of chemical resin looks like dandruff.Seriously, waste money and time. Reviews are real and important to check.

My wife had her hair keratin treated there 4months ago and they charged $250 she went there last week and after being seated got told it would now cost $350 . Should have read the previous reviews .way to keep customers coming back HairPlus (not)
