we recently embarked on a bathroom renovation and shopped around hal a dozen places. by far the best was the RDD. their range was the best / their opning hours were the best / their pricing was the best AND they provided a superior customer service. in paricular, Elkie was fantastic.for those people who are upset at having to wait.........don't be so precious.

Great staff who are informative, knowledgeable and helpful. They always go the extra mile for service and to make sure everything for your renovation goes smoothly. Particular thanks to Elkie and Matt for recent follow up of products, ensuring they are of great quality, even when I was trying to manage project from OS. If they have not got it there they will try everything to source it for you. My one stop bathroom shop :)

Friendly staff, large show room. A good range of products to choose from at reasonable prices. Lots of parking too. I recommend this place if you are looking for all your bathroom products.
