Not a lot stock of what we were looking for, it only had a limited floor stock/display area and only too happy to sell via a catalogue. Probably a better place for electrical contractors than Joe Blogs off the street.

Great customer service. The young man who assisted me was able to offer advice on my choices in an objective manner without being condescending. He was able to answer all my questions. He was also very patient when I swapped my order the following day.

Many ceiling fans up on ceiling yo see, but only some powered ON so you can't see them all working. Staff helpful and professional. Lots of lighting solutions in place also.

The service here is always attentive. The range is large and usually in-stock. The prices are not the sharpest but it's definitely worth the visit. Decent range of 12v lighting too is nice.

Worst service ever. Went In to buy a new bathroom light one lady serving a customer 2 others standing around talking. I walked around trying to find what I was after walk straight past them no assistance found what I was looking for waited patiently to be served.They both looked at me the walk past me and went out the back 30sec later come back walk past again and started talking behind the counter to each other. Then 2 people walked into the store and they went over and served them straight away so I walked out will never go back to a beacon store ever again.
