They came out on Saturday late pm as I was panic stricken . Air con not working with high temperatures forecast and elderly pets. While it couldn’t be fixed immediately they went above and beyond for customer service . Can’t recommend them highly enough

Prompt friendly service. They did a thorough clean and maintainance. My airconditioner was leaking inside the house. They provided great advice for how to get the most out of my split system. I was concerned as I have been ripped off by tradies in the past and was expecting a quote on a whole new system. They never tried to upsell me and did a great job for extremely reasonable price. Highly recommend them and at this price I will have no hesitation in having my airconditioner regularly serviced.

I absolutely recommend Ryan and Kim from Civic Air Conditioning for your aircon needs. They are prompt and professional and did a great job installing our Fujitsu split-system. We had builders do some renovations which affected the drainage pipe of the AC. Ryan and Kim came to the rescue late on Sunday and fixed it without a fuss. Very happy with their awesome service. I even recommended them to my mum and they did a great job on her AC replacement too. A+

Absolutely can’t recommend Ryan and Kim at Civic Air Conditioning enough. From first phone call to finished installation, they were prompt and professional at all times. The install was done quickly and to high detail. All rubbish and the old unit were removed from the property.

Great team to work with and we got exactly what we needed to warm and cool our house.Efficient and very tidy work and without knowing we even got a new Daikin Unit with Wi-Fi capability that has made the use of the system much more user friendly than we expected. Thank You !

Great response time, very friendly service and communication from Kim. I was concerned about the condition of the AC ducts but Ryan provided great advice with his professional knowledge and experince. He told me what needs to be replaced and repaired without trying to upsell me to spend more money than I need to. They replaced and repaired the damaged ducts of my ducted AC and serviced the system. They were very thorough and cleaned all my 10 AC outlets including the return grill as well. Highly recommend them and will have them service my system regularly for sure.
