Absolutely Loved the Orientation with Carta(Hopefully spelt right) My friend Monique who is also one of the instructors there asked me to give it a try as I do struggle a little with Abdominal an back problems, not only was Carta super informative and attentive during the class but helped me modify things to suit my level. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would but this is all I can give you guys I am sorry!!

I am absolutely obsessed with these classes. The instructors (north Adelaide) are so warm and welcoming and alway positively encouraging. I look forward to every class and can’t get enough. I feel strong and lean and most of all have so much fun. I find it Particularly great when I’m looking to brighten my mood and feel balanced and aligned.. always feel great after a session ..

I have only recently joined Studio Pilates at North Adelaide and have already noticed the difference within my body. The atmosphere is so welcoming and encouraging and I loved the fact I could do an introduction class before committing to further classes. The team are all incredibly professional and passionate about teaching you the best form in all aspects of the program.I also love the SP App and online booking system, it is so user friendly and efficient.Thank you Studio Pilates

I had never tried pilates before joining Studio Pilates and I feel like I've been missing out!I have had a wonderful experience with the Studio Pilates team. The instructors are very attentive and are happy to adapt exercises according to your limitation / injuries you might have. They also identify where your weaknesses are and help you improve on them.Top class service!

Studio Pilates north Adelaide is a great studio to work on your entire body especially your core safely. This has been fantastic for me with a weak pelvic floor after having children. The staff are caring and very supportive no matter what your fitness journey is.

Studio pilates is amazing! I have absolutely loved all of my classes so far. Starting with no experience using the reformers, I found the introductory session very thorough and useful. The instructors are very supportive and take the time to correct your form throughout classes to ensure you are achieving the best results. The studio is also very beautiful and creates a great atmosphere for your workouts, I am always looking forward to my next class :)

I’ve loved my time at Studio Pilates. The instructors really take the time to make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly whilst also making you feel comfortable and confident. Reformer Pilates might be the only form of exercise (besides running with my dog) that I actually look forward to. After 2 months I’m already seeing and feeling a difference.

Cata and Sandy are absolutely lovely people.There's no judgement or anything when you attend, they're always smiling and welcoming, and you'll know you're safe and supported!If you've never tried Pilates before (or even of you're a seasoned pro) I definitely recommend you try here!100% top people! Jon's not bad too hahaha that burn! I love coming here for some good workouts and banter!Plus what a view!! That window and those leafy treetops give a gorgeous vibe!Just do it!
