Worst experience in this medical center, it’s a shame that such medical center is given license to operate in Australia, it’s even worst then the one in developing countries. I have waited for 4 hours and people were jumping queue. Receptionists are rude and liers, providing wrong information. I was told to wait for an hour, but waited for 4 hours and still not served.

I just recently moved to the area and this is my new go to medical centre. So far been seeing Dr Nusrat and she is highly helpful and professional. I also had a quick check up with Nurse Afaf. Polite, kind and extremely helpful! Highly recommend.

The manager at this centre, Ms Rose is an absolute credit to your organization. Rose is always helpful and eager to attend to patients needs. Her attitude and smiling face is like a breath of fresh air. Rose contributes to your centre in an extremely professional and well informed and advised manner. Rose is the Best.

If i could give 0 star i would. You would and should expect service delivered after atleast 2 hours or more. Sometimes i waited 3 hours to get to see a DR. So sad because it is right next to our building.

Walked in and asked to see the next available doctor. Was told about an hour 40 wait. Watched 20 plus people walk in after us. We ended up being the second last patients in the surgery. Three and a half hours waiting. What a joke.

So disappointed! Been a patient for years now. Enquired about getting my 4th covid booster shot today February 14th with the lady at reception. Not only did she give me misinformation claiming I needed to see a dr first to check that I was eligible but then went on to tell me how it was a waste of time and that she only did the first 2. If you get it you get it

Extremely slow service and no idea how the queue work in here, absolutely not recommended to come here. I was told an hour ago that I will be served after 2 people and still waiting……, finally after 4 hours, the rude and unprofessional receptionist told me that we can’t do anything and you have to wait and I had to finally leave without seeing any doctor. Never to go there anymore even if in critical condition

The ladies at the front desk are lovely, polite and considerate. The one staff that stands out the most is Hend. This awesome lady goes above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. She's considerate and super friendly. Thank you miss hend. Thank you also to all the staff. I've witnessed these poor ladies get verbally abused by feral patients who are impatient. The receptionists are not accountable for the delays which Dr incur on patients.Please show respect to people.

This medical centre is becoming a joke it's dirty never clean staff are rude and you go in wait In line for 10 mins to only be told at 2pm they aren't taking anymore patients or closing hours is 8 pm and you get there at 7 and the doors are locked. Seriously change your management
