You are the most hopeless real estate as mucking people around with rental property s as get your act together as you would not help a person now living in a car be proud of your business guys

My experience with this company was an absolute disaster and disgrace. I couldn't be more disappointed on how my rental property was treated. With over $6000 worth of damage when returned to my possession. No empathy from director or managing staff. Take your most important asset to someone else to manage.

Real estate agent does not attempt to secure the highest price for buyers, lied to me about the status of the transaction, and refused to supply a section 32 after multiple requests. Dodgy business.

Having both rented through and bought our first home with Charles Stewart realestate we have had great service. The rental manager was professional and friendly and was very responsive if there was any issues that needed the attention of the landlord. And we were very lucky to have Marion as the agent for our first home purchase, she was amazing. We felt so lucky to have her on the other end during the process.

Anthony and the managment team at Charles Stuart should be embarrassed and ashamed of their unprofessional behavior.We bought and sold property there and when asking locals who to use for the management or sale they warmed me of this group, funnily enough.. he is my story.After the property sale (with another agency) we leased a storage shed from the local self storage, which in between sign up and now it appears all managment was handed to Charles Stuart.My storage shed fell $200 in arrears which I acknowledge is entirely my fault.It’s the second time I’d let the arrears slip over the 2+ year period I’ve had the space and when sent a text message directly chasing payment I paid in full the same day.However on this occasion, we went $200 into arrears, an immediate default warning was emailed and formal letter was sent along side a text.Fair enough.HOWEVER the address they had on file was old, the text message was never received (if it was I would reply exactly the same as last time) and the single email notifying me of their intention went straight to junk so was unseen (unlucky).My items were sold within 1.5 weeks of the 28 day notice.NOT A SINGLE PHONE CALL WAS MADE TO ME AT ANY STAGE!This is a serious matter, you’re helping yourself to someone’s personal belongings and selling them off. Surely at any stage prior you’d give the owner a quick call to notify them?$200 I’d happily have paid, which of course was their instillment.In fact the reason I only today found out my items were sold was because I emailed Anthony and asked for the statement to pay as I was going to clear the shed finally, only to find out unapologetically my items had been sold.This is bad business, it’s shameful business and it’s completely out of character to the values of anyone with human decency.Today l lost $5000 worth of furniture, a generator and other personal items because of a $200 outstanding invoice.Shame on you Charles Stuart Realestate.I’d also like to note, I requested a transcript of the single text message that was sent. This looked completely fabricated with incorrect dates. A clear back track.
