Staff obviously and purposely ignore customers when waiting at counter, wait ridiculously long time for medication eg. 30-40mins on a quiet day. Generally rude and make you feel like an inconvenience.

Always friendly and great selection. Great specials and there is an app to order products or scripts online for click and collect. Convenient. The smaller isles with boxed products on the floor waiting to be put on shelves make it hard to navigate if you have a trolley though.

Great for perfumes and specials.Shocking service in dispensery.If you don't have enough staff to man both pick up and drop off prescription sections than maybe don't have them.. Dispensary staff, ignoring the waiting customers, expecting one young guy to carry the load, with 5 staff up the back looking ignorant.

Poor uneducated staff. Given prescription but they won’t give you as prescription instead something else, you trust them as responsible people but get disappointed when you reach home and find some other medication. Need proper management.

Beware when buying electrical goods the store will not refund certain items.Lost $50 on a mens shaver that is totally useless.Very annoyed. .No keeping the customer happy at this store.

What service there was none wait times are ridiculous especially if your old or sick employ another pharmacist and counter staff lots of people unpacking shelf stacking clogging up aisles every staff member seemed stressed and under pressure so eye contact was avoided for fear of being asked something and having to stop what they were doing the only thing you having going for you is prices

This store positively maintaining the brand name, Nothing negative to highlight hence rated 4 Star. The store is clean, and products are neatly stored on shelves.staff is attentive, courteous and very helpful.The prescription pharmacy section wasn’t busy at the time of my visit and I’ve got served promptly.I’m happy to be a returning customer.
