Origin Energy LPG Cairns

I would give less if I could. Going on 4 days now without hot water because 2 weeks ago they apparently ‘forgot’ to come and fill out gas tanks. We had to call a plumber and they worked it out as we thought our hot water system was damaged. Called Origin and they said they would be right out… that was yesterday. If we had any other options we would go with them.

been a loyal customer for 11 years. Service has been dreadful recently and the escalating price of Gas lead to the decision to go Solar.

I was told that we are on scheduled delivery and they refill gas automatically we don’t have to do anythingBut in last 5 months we ran out of 2nd time. Then I call their customer service on Friday afternoon and was advised they it will be delivered today or tomorrow morning even it’s Saturday since we were on schedule delivery we won’t have to pay any extra to get the gasBut here we are sitting without gas can’t cook can’t shower with hot waterWhat a losers, we need more companies in Cairns so there’s some sort of competitionThese guys don’t care about customers

Terrible communication , new to signing up , wondering if they had filled gas bottles up . A month later I received a letter from a credit agency about my overdue origin bill . Not once did they try and contact me via phone or letter . When I called back they said they had put a wrong letter in my email address so it wouldn't send ... I'm beyond angry !!!! If I had the choice I would never go with origin

It’s been 10 days since my gas ran out and they still haven’t turned up for their emergency top up. I’ve called so many times and complained, get sms for delivery and get nothing arrives.

Reported no gas on Sunday morning and called 3 times on Monday and earliest delivery is Tuesday or Wednesday..... 4 days with no gas for cooking or hot water!Terrible customer service!!DO NOT GET ORIGIN AS YOUR GAS OR ANY OTHER SERVICE!!

No local phone number to talk to a local person , Indian outsourced phone call , emergency even goes to overseas people Brian that can’t speak clear English , worst customer service in history

Worst company I've ever dealt with. In the last 4 years with them they've only delivered gas twice before we've run out. Every other time we've run out and then it's taken them 3 days to refil, constantly stuffing me around saying they will be there that day and then not showing up. I have begged them repeatedly to refill more frequently but they never do. Also the prices are ridiculous! We are being charged more than anyone else I know in our neighbourhood and everyone is on different rates, they dropped our rate when I mentioned it but then the next bill was back to the highest price again!

I have the same issue as a lot of others, told we were on a scheduled delivery, have phoned numerous times to order a refill, logged a refill request via the webpage and today sent an online contact request. To then receive an email saying they tried to call me and to now phone them back, sorry no missed calls on my mobile today! Not happy. We too are about to run out of gas. Service is disgusting!
