Acers Timber Flooring (Southside)

We recently used Acers Timber Flooring to install Hurford Herringbone Spotted Gum parquetry for our renovations. Kevin and his team were great to deal with from start to finish. When we first visited the showroom we met with Giarley who had excellent product knowledge and was able to explain clearly what was suitable for our project. She was also able to answer all our questions when we phoned the store. Kevin brought samples to the house of the timber we were considering to use and discussed the options available and the process for installation. Kevin also kept me updated throughout the project. Clinton and Jake completed the preparation and installation. Their work was superb and they both had a passion for timber flooring with attention to detail resulting in the floor being completed to a very high standard. I would recommend Acers Timber Flooring to anyone considering any type of timber flooring and will certainly use them again for any future projects.

We had our house upstairs and downstairs done over the weekend. Acers team had made it so easy for us. Staff was on time and efferent, a team of 5 started from both up and downstairs done in 2 days.All rubbish removed, floor cleaned, and help us so much on moving the furniture back in position.The result is amazing, love the new look and great attention to detials.

Acers Timber Flooring did an exceptional job in restoring my existing bamboo floor. Quality workmanship by Clinton despite issues with the sanding process due to the existing coating. Well-priced and a pleasure to deal with, highly recommended.

Kevin and his team from Acers Timber Flooring did an outstanding job on preparing and laying our new vinyl flooring. Very professional from start to finish. The installers did a great job laying the Masonite before laying the vinyl. I’m very happy I chose Acers to install my new flooring. I chose Hybrid flooring and the quality is excellent. The installation ran smoothly and the installers worked quickly and efficiently to ensure as little disruption as possible. We recently had the Acer crew install spotted gum flooring in a living room, master bedroom and hallway.  We are very happy with the product and the installation.The sales staff were informative and honest.  We were helped to sort through many options. There was no pressure.The installation is great. There are a few tricky edges and angles that were all well handled.  The installation looks natural, with good transitions between wood flooring, tile and carpet.We are happy and would use Acer again.

Great service, great advice and quality installation. We found Vivien and Kevin very helpful to deal with from the start. Kevin was accommodating with our start date as we were a new house build as the completion date kept moving. Peter (installer) was prompt and professional.
