No stars would be more relevant. This practice is a disgrace, zero compassion, abuse and name calling from reception who provide false information. Brooke the receptionist calling people hero's on the phone, when making enquires into accessing medicalrecoreds of their deceased mother. How disguisting, perhaps some INTENSE training should be provided for this surgery asap...

I am always taken care of here. Even if I can’t see my doctor I usually see, Nurses are lovely and reception staff happy and friendly always

Great team of people work there and they look after you

Am disappointed with the reception.Rang a month ago to book for child’s vaccination and rang on the day to confirm appointment as I didn’t received a text reminder and was informed by the reception that there’s no booking made when it was clearly stored in phone’s calendar. Because of their mistake, it has caused inconvenience and disruption to our schedule and other appointments.*Update: replying to Victoria’s response - my child and I are definitely in Glendale medical centre records and I’m definitely not confusing you with another healthcare provider. We have to make another appointment the next day and visited the centre on 12/5/23.

Ive had only positive experience with the team here and my Doctor, Peter McGeoch, along with the nurses and pathology crew. All seem to do the best they can to help out with my medical issues when needed. Thankyou all

Completely un professional reception staff, didn't even attend the appointment walked out of the waiting room after sitting there listening to all three of them laugh at how I filled out the form I was given to fill out. I get it I don't have the neatest writing but the the whole waiting room doesn't need to know.

I dont quite understand that if I make an appointment for 12.15, I usually expect to wait around for 10-15minutes. Without fail every time I have come into this practice wait times are always 1hour plus.If an appointment if for 12.15 latest i should be talking to the doctor is 12.45 and yet nothing.The staff and drs are great, they just really need to work on this poor excuse of waiting times and honour appointment times. I scheduled my work day around this and now it has taken 1.5 hours and still no doctor seen. What a joke at least tell me in the morning dont worry about coming into 1pm but no communication just frustration.Whilst writing this another patient is voicing there frustrations it seems to be a common problem that needs to be looked at. Just some advice.

Would give this place no stars if possible!! After bringing my client in numerous times for appointments (that every time without fail are running over an hour behind) Only to be met with nasty, rude and unprofessional behaviour. The staff seem to think they are above the clients, and I’m not just talking about the doctors.The receptionists need to get down from their thrones and realise they are working in a position that encompasses fair, equal and non judgemental behaviour. Every doctor and staff member need to be educated on compassion. Maybe do a work shop??

I have been visiting here for 4 years and the only reason this isn't 5 stars is because the wait times are really long, sometimes up to a 1-1:30 hour wait (so bring an iPad or reading material). That being said the medical care I've personally experienced has been fantastic and even with the wait times it's generally the only medical centre I visit in this region. Parking and staff are also great.
