I cancelled my appointment for eyebrow tattooing 7 weeks before I was due to see Jess only to be told my deposit was none refundable, there was no questions asked as to why.(Medical reasons) that’s why rebooking in 3 months was out of the question.I understand normal cancellation policy’s however 7 weeks out from the appointment to not return the $100 is highway robbery. That’s theft in my eyesVery dissatisfiedWould not recommend based on customer service

I had always had uneven brows and struggled to fill them in myself and be happy with them but thanks to Jess I now have the most fabulous looking brows and the best part is they look so natural! Jess was very professional, had a bright and clean salon and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. Jess is incredible at what she does! I have been to other eyebrow tattooists previously and Jess's technique is miles ahead. She chose the perfect colour to match my hair, and the shape is amazing. I love my new brows!

Jess is absolutely incredible and her professionalism is profound! I can not stop looking at myself, her work is absolutely stunning and looks so natural, I’m in such a state of awe. I have been to plenty of other salons across the country and have left crying at either the colour and/or the shape that I was left with. For someone who has to basically draw on her eyebrows everyday and end up with texta brows, this is a gift sent from heaven. She explained to me clearly step by step what she was doing and was attentive to my needs. I really appreciated her candor as I was going into the session incredibly apprehensive. I can’t get over how natural my brows look! I had them microbladed by Jessica a few months ago and they have healed so natural and I never have to draw them in. I save so much time. I was worried about getting my eyebrows tattooed for ages but in my consultation Jessica explained everything so thoroughly and with confidence she made me feel so comfortable.
