Only purchased from here twice. Both times I very happy with the freshness and quality of meat. I have given you 4 stars instead of 5 as I found the meat a little expensive and your staff were not the friendliest. So a couple of things to improve on but overall the product I purchased was good. Will return.

been here a few times< Never going back. esp since everytime i go they insist i sign up to a loyalty card system. today the lady refused to accept my decline and continued to tell me how stupid i am for not getting it. she went on and on and on. the meat is average. but with this attitude they have that you must be a member to buy anything from this shop has moved to to buy from the next shop instead.

Very limited cuts of pork. Inflexible with requests. I asked them to mince pork belly and got told it’s “too hard” to run through their mincer. I asked for a small cut of lean pork shoulder and got told I have to buy the whole thing. No thank you, I will just go to another butcher. I go to a butcher for higher quality meat and more customised service, otherwise I would just go to the supermarket. Their steaks are ok, so I’ll still shop here occasionally, but avoid for other meats.

Very average quality meat.Service is even worse, when asked to cut up a small portion of pork, the old man in the back huffed and puffed and complained about cutting up the meat, when he was asked what the problem was, he ignored us. This guy needs a lesson on customer service and needs to understand that he is on show and representing someone else’s business.This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced rude service from this place.We won’t be back, even if we’re desperate to do last minute meat shopping.

I thought id buy some AWARD WINNING sausages the other day seeing it was advertised on their window. Let me say this..... they were FAR from being award winning. Dont know where they entered theses sausages but the judges have no idea. When i had them i found big chunks of hard bits which was definatly not meat. And too be honest the taste wasnt that good. I had 3 different types which all had hard bits. You think that they would use quality meat to make their mince but seems to me that they use thier off cuts to make their sasagues. Very disappointing faulse advertising.

The meat is ALWAYS so fresh and tender. My husband ALWAYS knows when I have purchased my meat at Rainbow Meats Caroline Springs. He said he can taste the difference between Rainbow Meats and supermarket meats. The staff are very helpful with meal ideas too!

I requested something odd but despite the confusion staff checked with each other and were very accommodating. They were also helpful in showing me different bones and cuts to help me decide today and for future purchases.I'm more used to Coles or local Viet butchers but the service and reasonable prices might keep luring me back to my local Rainbow Meats!
