Terrible medical treatment, the owner doesn't care whilst charging exorbitant prices and blaming everybody else.Our pet was worse off after attending this vet and the owner wasn't interested in helping to heal our pet's injury rather looking for ways to fleece us of more money.We had to take him elsewhere for proper treatment.Use these people at your pet's peril.

I am so thankful to bring my sick dog Benji to see Dr Karim at Beecroft Vet on Saturday who put Benji on the drips immediately due to his kidney disease. Benji was well looked after by the team over the weekend so I could bring him home after few days.Dr Karim has explained to us the conditions and best treatment clearly .We appreciated his caring to Benji otherwise it might cost us $$$$ at SASH over the weekend.

Dr Lauren was informative and caring, Dominique followed up with is to make sure our pet was holding up ok.Rare and lovely service at Beecroft Vet ❤️

We brought stray pups to this Vet Clinic as we were advised by someone near where they were found that this was the only place we could bring them after hours. The pups weren't m/chipped. Within three days, the staff grasped the opportunity to keep these pups themselves because no one came to, 'their clinic' asking for them. They didn't advertise them as they did for the other dog they had there that day, older and not as desirable. They didn't contact any Rescue Service to aid assistance to help reunite them with their owner. They didn't notify Council.So what do the staff here do with the stray animals who end up here so in the dark? Sell them? Send them off to University?Appalled to the bone.The Vet nurse sniggered at one of the pups and said 'he's dirty', then when she took him to take him to their back rooms, the puppy was shaking like a leaf in great fear which revealed everything that nurse/receptionist is. The other nurse who took the other pup was much more friendly and could see the pup was safer in her arms.This Vet Clinic is not the place to bring stray animals.

Highly recommended and can’t thank Karim and his team enough. Firstly for being open on a Sunday when our dog Ripley was unwell last week. It was our first time at the clinic with a sick pet.Karim and all the team were kind, caring and very professional. I felt comfortable and at ease leaving him with Karim when he told me Ripley needed to be hospitalised for a few days.We were kept informed and up to date with his treatment/progress from the time he was admitted to when I picked him up on Wednesday.Thanks Karim, and all the team, I’m glad your only 25 minutes away from us.We will definitely be back with our 3.

Dropped a pooch off for overnight boarding. The reception area was bright, clean, uncluttered, and welcoming. Poochy was checked in quickly. She took her toy with her and was happy to go along with the staff. The boarding rates were very reasonable, more than 30% cheaper than others, and you have the peace of mind that she's staying in a vet clinic. Absolutely can not find fault with anything. Poochy was collected the next day and in good spirits.

Great place for dogs, they do puppy training as well. VETs are very friendly, clean and there is small parking area for ease of access as well
