To All,I had an emergency over the Easter Break this year, some vicious malware had gotten onto my computer. I contacted Recipher's 24hr hotline on a Saturday night at about 11:00pm and sent my computer straight to the warehouse. Mark and his team worked on it throughout the holiday and fixed my computer perfectly. The kept me informed throughout the process and the service really was exceptional, they went well above and beyond what I would have expected.
