7-Eleven Caversham

Apart from being in a handy position and being ‘relatively’ clean (mostly due to it being new) that’s as far as I can go as to why I’ve given them a single star.You don’t have to look far into he list of reviews here to know what’s wrong with this place. The service is horrendous. I’ve dropped in a few times after work to pick up milk, but this last time, old mate stocking the fridge told me to put back the one I got from the shelf and tried to hand me one with an expiry date of 1 day remaining and said “it’s all the same.”The counter service staff are rude AF and obviously don’t like being there but probably just need a job.Toilet is strictly for staff and PAID (not paying) customers only! Yes it’s not a typo. They won’t give you access unless you’ve paid. I’ve seen a kid been turned away.Do yourself a favour if you’re going north keep going and stop at the Caltex up the road!

This 7 eleven is the most convenient location for my travels to and from work. It also has a full stock of supply every time I go there, so that and the friendly staff that operate behind the counter always make the visit a seamless one.It’s location right on the corner of Banara Road and West Swan Road makes it convenient to a lot of travellers from a lot of different working areas.It’s just the little things that you notice when you go to a 7 eleven, like free sauce or the vouchers for free coffee and all the promotional products that they have. It makes it more than the fuel station, I’m sure some people use it as a deli and not even bother about the fuel.Another thing I love about 711 is their app, besides all the promotional products food drink etc it also allows you to lock in the cheapest price on fuel and keep that price for a full seven days. So if you were to lock it in on the cheapest time of the week you have the cheapest fuel for that whole week which is amazing.I’m also led to believe that 7 eleven is the biggest franchise in the world, and it’s good that it’s finally made its way to Perth Western Australia.I can recommend this as a great place to get fuel and to be looked after in their mini shop and I’m sure you will love it for your own reasons as there is a lot of them.

Spotless clean. Good range of snacks. Fair price for fuel. And Slurpees,of course!

I've read the horror reviews here from a year or more ago. All I can say is they have totally changed. Fantastic food and coffee (at ridiculously cheap prices to be honest) and lovely, lovely staff. What a pleasure to shop there.

Avoid at all cost. Uttermost poorest customer service, and racist (yet they are of Indian descents) manager/store owner.Will complain to customer in regards to making coffee products. Alongside enhance complaining about the costs of running the store.... will make you pay for a cup!!!

Everytime I come to this 7-eleven they have a reduced section but nothing in that section is actually reduced. They claim its $4 however ask you to pay the full price. Then proceed to make you feel like you are stupid and can't read. One time the employee called there manager, which took 10 minutes only for them to say that it is reduced. Don't put stuff on reduced if your staff are unaware of the fact.

Paid for fuel, asked to use toilets and told they don't have any for customers, I asked where would be the nearest and they were not sure but thought there may be some up the road at the shopping centre, where I don't know, maybe Geraldton.

This rating is just for the flat white that tasted like latte. All milk with very little coffee. Was absolutely horrendous to drink.

An average 7 eleven store. A smaller layout as compared to others.
