Carlo was lovely to deal with on the phone and very easy to get a hold of. After sending photos he quickly responded as well which i appreciated, even though her could not assist me with my repair. I have removed 2 stars because when i asked if he could recommend a service who may be able to help he was not very helpful. I understand not wanting to refer others unless you know the quality of their work, however a suggestion in regards to the type of work or skills I am looking for out of the next person would have been very helpful. Its very hard to find someone to help if I don't know what I am looking for.If more of a response was given further works for custom pieces that I need done I would have probably been done through Carlo.

We used Carlo to restore two of my late Grandma's chairs that had been sitting in a garage for years. He was very friendly and professional and has brought the chair back to life. They look absolutely gorgeous and Carlo's amazing craftsmanship shines through. I am so happy that the chairs can finally be used once again. Also a great price, highly recommend!
