David was very knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain any issues with our heater and flue that needed addressing. Was very impressed with the care and time he took to do some extra work. Great service and highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Blythes for a fireplace safety check, cleaning and repair. Robert was highly knowledgeable, well-skilled, and passionate about his work. It was our first time using the fireplace of our home and he made sure it was safe to use. He gave us an excellent overview of maintaining the fireplace and keeping it safe. He’s very clean with his work and quite organised. His mom also kept us updated about his schedule. They’re a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend their family-run business.

We were very pleased to use a family owned business but even better was a family member did the work.When I asked Dave how long he’d been working with chimneys he said “since I was about 5 and used to go with my dad”. So very experienced and great pride in the work they do. And a brilliant result for our chimney. See you next year Dave!Thanks also to Renee who made the booking so quickly. Great service all round.

Had issues with fireplace david was fantastic took his time explained everything and gave tips and advice on many things. Definitely recommend very friendly and great customer service. Did a great job and cleaned up after himself.

I could not recommend David more. He was professional and took pride in doing a quality job. He is possibly the most patient person I've ever met, detail oriented and more than happy to share his wealth of knowledge and experience with a first time fireplace owner with a LOT of questions
