You want to know what heaven on earth tastes like? It’s a Dairy Bell banana split. You think you’ve had a good banana split before? Nope, not until you’ve had a Dairy Bell banana split. My recommendation is Macadamia, Nuts About Chocolate and Biscoff. Thank me later (apologies if you’re lactose intolerant). Seriously, thank you dairy bell. That was something else!

They used to have the best coffee icecream, but sadly, no more..had a gaytime and chocolate icecream instead.. A shame that thier is not many Dairy Bell shops left in metro Melbourne...used to enjoy getting an icecream from their stores, in metro regions...Now, just limited to Bayswater, closest to home..

When we walked in the place was so hot despite the staff telling us the air cons were on.Staff looked exhausted, scared and understaffed furthermore working in such hot conditions.Place was run down and flavours were missing.The manager I'm assuming was just standing around and berating staff.Just horrible , things need to change.

The girl who served us looked high and to say she didn't look very enthusiastic about serving us was an understatement. Husband ordered a banana split..$14.00 and about half the size they were last summer. To add insult to injury barely half of the flavours were available.Been loyal to Dairy Bell but now I think I'll try other icecreameries in the area.

Please train new staff properly before getting them to do orders independently. Got the churro sundae and ice cream was minimum, the churros were not cooked and the cream on top was as pretty much the same consistency as milk.

Their supershakes used to be much better value - blended with all the ingredients of a normal shake with the extra supershake ingredients as mix-ins/toppings and a scoop of icecream on top (there may have been whipped cream as well/instead of that). Now all the ingredients are blended together and served in a smaller size than a regular shake but with chocolate sauce/syrup drizzled along the side of the cup…not worth it for a few extra $ more than a regular shake!

I placed order before 10:00pm and on uber you guys were showing open and also on google website you were showing that you are open till 11:00 please have a look before posting anything. 2nd thing if you are closed then why did you accept the order why don’t you cancel it. Before responding to the reviews please do a thorough research on what i am saying. Even if i placed it after 11:00 why did you accept it and and why was it showing me ready for pickup.

Delicious ice creams! Discovered it late. Espresso and Rum&Raisin are my favs. Depending on who is serving, the portions are generous too! Definitely recommend.

Although the icecreams here are nice, I think the workplace should provide some formal etiquette and cultural training to the staff . This is my second time at the store when I went to order and instead of taking my order, I was asked first if I was there to pickup an uber eats delivery.Not all Indians are uber eats drivers and vice versa.Though this might subtle and not intentional, it is still a type of stereotyping people based on their appearance and race.May be instead of assuming, It would be better if they asked the person first on how they can help.one should not assume things based on the other person's appearance or race. This behaviour unacceptable and low key racial profiling
