Our toddler’s NDIS support worker, Gill has been an invaluable asset to his life and has truly made a positive impact on his well being.From the first moment we met, Gill was warm, friendly, and approachable. The company as a whole, took the time to get to know us, understand our needs and goals, and develop a personalised plan that suited us perfectly. Throughout our son’s sessions, Gill as a registered nurse, consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, compassion, and expertise.One of the things we appreciate most about Gill is her ability to make our son feel heard and supported. She is always willing to listen to both our son’s and our concerns, offer practical advice, and go above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. Whether it's helping him to doctors/therapists appointments, or simply providing emotional support, Gill is always there for him.We cannot recommend Quality Care Unlimited and Gill highly enough.
