Baking Corner
This amazing Baking Corner is located in the heart of Victoria Park and offers a range of delectable treats such as cakes, toasts, bagels, pies, and coffee. The cafe has a cozy and warm ambiance, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast or a quick coffee break. It's fantastic that this cafe is open from early morning till late at night! One of the highlights of this bakery cafe is their cakes. The cakes look fresh, with a wide variety of flavours and styles to choose from. From classic chocolate cakes to more adventurous flavours such as Orange Cheese cake and there is something to suit every taste bud. The cakes are beautifully decorated and always look enticing, making it hard to resist trying one. We ordered the Opera cake which is delicious and the sweetest is perfect. The toasts and pies are also worth mentioning. The toasts come in a variety of toppings. We ordered the cheese toast which is great. The egg sandwich is perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. The pies are also a popular choice, with the vegetable and chicken flavours being a hit with customers. The coffee is another standout feature of this bakery cafe. The coffee is made from high-quality beans, and the baristas take great care in making sure every cup is perfect. The aroma of the coffee drift through the air, enticing customers to order a cup, and the taste is rich and full-bodied. We ordered the cauupicno and mocha which are fantastic. The customer service is fine but would like to encourage the staff to put on more smiles when serving customers. A smile can go a long way in making a customer feel welcome and valued.Overall, the Baking Corner at Victoria Park is a worth visiting place for anyone who loves cakes, toasts, pies, and coffee. With a warm and cozy atmosphere, delicious treats, and great coffee, it's the perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast or coffee break with your family members or friends.

A good place to hang out for coffee, cake and photos. The cafe is neat and clean, a lot of beautiful cakes and goodies are displayed. We loved the atmosphere here to relax and chill. The cake and the nutella donut were so-so. Prices are on the high side.

Baking Corner. So this new place opened up not long ago. I parked our cargo bike out front and just saw so many people going in so I had to try them out.Oh my goodness! Look at these beautiful goodies! I’ve never seen or had the chance to eat anything like this before. I felt so guilty cutting into it but delighted to find sweet fruit inside! Magic!Definitely recommend this place and obviously we’re going back to try out more things.Photo of The Apple is a bit rough because of the bike ride home. What we got:- The Apple- Rabbit’s crumble tart- Honey cake sliceThanks so much Baking Corner!

Decided to visit Baking Corner for a late breakfast on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised by the staff and food available. We had coffee, a sweet honey cake, a ham & cheese croissant and salami toast. The cake, salami toast and coffee was the highlight of our meal - highly recommend if you are after great coffee and not too sweet desert. The croissant was ok but was not toasted correctly (cheese not was melted) The cafe itself is cute and nicely decorated with indoor and outdoor seats available.

Tried this new Cafe in Vic Park. Was not so busy when we arrived so we easily can get a seat on the inside area by the window. The iced chocolate was yum, the almond croissant was perfect. My husband said the pie was nice so we bought another one to take away. Tried one cake, sadly it was dry (cake not fresh) while it was actually beautifully decorated. Good place to have a quick bites!

Cake is the highlight here. Cake takeaway 3 times as cakes are very attractive and delicious. Service was more welcoming. We tried 6 different cakes. Not overly sweet. Well balanced. Some cakes are always there and probably change garnish a bit. Can discover new cakes/ seasonal cakes each visit.- Opera Cake, $8.5: Almond Joconde, dark chocolate Ganache, coffee buttercream, chocolate glaze. Well matched. Balanced flavor. My favorite.- Rabbit 's Crumble Tarts, $ 9.5: another signature cake. Lemon yogurt Mousse, Lime apple jelly within the body of the rabbit. Apple frangepane Tart. But my rabbit's appearance wasn't very smooth. Texture was good.- Orange Cheesecake, $ 8.5: Orange Almond flourless cake. Good.- Honey Cake, $8.3: Butter Honey Sponge cake woth honey cream.- Matcha Strawberry Slice, $8.5: Matcha White Choc cream, Lime & Strawberry jelly.- Lemon Meringue Tart, $8.2; White Choc Lemon cream, coconut dacquoise.---- ----- -----3/2023: 3 starsNew shop. Looks good. Long business hours. Have some small round tables indoor and outdoor. A lot of flowers hanging on the ceiling.Service: ok for simple take away. Not many choices for us. Price ok. Just bought a Cinnamon Roll and a Croissant for take away. They were not bad. Probably try something sweet next time.

This bakery was nearby in my travels and saw that it had been previously recommended on PPH.I went for the cheese and bacon double. A pie and a sausage roll. They were standard size for your average bakery but good value at $6.80 for the pie and $4.80 for the sausage roll. The pie was very tasty with lots of visible cheese and bacon. The gravy was nice with some good chunks of steak and a blend of mince. The pastry held up well. This was a better than average pie and I would definitely get another when nearby. I rate the pie a good 8/10. The sausage roll was nothing special but still very edible. They had a great assortment of sweets on display and the coffee was good too.
