I recently relocated to Yamba and had a recommendation from my past personal trainer / exercise physiologist (EP) to try Optimum. I had been doing a personal program in Sydney for five years — weights, core, cardio, targeted strength training (training for hiking). And now the Optimum EP Mitch has picked up where I left off. He’s excellent. He’s targeting various specifics and my personal objectives. Mitch is careful, attentive, clear, interactive, and we’ve seen improvements in just a few weeks. Super professional and personal.
