First time coming to this place and 10/10, the beautician Gurshan, did my eyebrows perfectly, to what I asked for. Normally other places will make my eyebrows to thin and not listen to what I want. Superb props to Gurshan who made my eyebrows 10/10, will be coming back!

It was very bad experience with Gurinder. I went for eyebrow threading today I clearly explained which shape I want but she did what she knows.i don’t have much options here that is the reason I went there. They did wrong also they charged full price.

Hi, I would like to share my experience with T brows. Gurinder has done my eyebrows so perfectly. I totally loved it. Really recommend it.

Earlier this month I booked online and attended as usual. I have been going to T Brows Wollongong for over a year now, and have recommended it to many friends. I was booked for a lash lift, eyebrow tint and thread with Gurinder and left feeling quite upset. The treatment only took 45 minutes when it usually takes over an hour and 15 minutes… there was no use of plastic wrap which meant my eyelashes were getting stuck to the face cloth in the process. The treatment also started with the lash lift, which meant it was uncomfortable and difficult to hold my skin in the threading process, as I was cautious of not wrecking my freshly permed lashes. At the time there were customers waiting for my beautician, so my farewell was very rushed and I left without saying a thing. I felt upset, and had to try to brush and fix my lashes as some were left crinkled, and not nearly as curly as usual, as well as having many eyebrow hairs left on my face and brow bone (not precise at all). I did send this to the main complaints email, but I have not yet received a response. I would love to go back to T Brows Wollongong as it is convenient and within my price range, but after this experience I don’t think I have the confidence to.

I’ve had three great experiences here getting my eyebrows threaded but today was awful :( have put a pic up of my normal eyebrows from the weekend and the after shot of todays service… not only did I lose half my volume but I came out with two completely different eyebrows and a horrible arched shape. 90’s, I’m back - Dying! It was a horrible experience to pay money to walk away with this result today.

Gurinder threaded and tinted my eyebrows - I hadn’t had them done in several months so they had no shape and they look really great! Super friendly service
