George and his team are absolute professionals when it comes to customer service and technical expertise. I had something thrown through a very large round window and within 2 hours George was on site to make safe. He even stayed with me to make sure the insurance claim was registered. George then returned to tackle a very tricky job of making a bespoke template, arranging for this glass to be cut by hand and installing. George was in constant contact throughout the whole process. We recently had the pleasure of working with George at Fast Glass 24/7 to replace our home’s glass skylight, and we cannot express enough how pleased we are with the entire experience. From start to finish, George exceeded our expectations with his professionalism and great customer service.The skylight replacement itself was logistically complex (old slate tile roof, powerlines and trees in the way) and required management of our insurer.  However George applied all his experience and got the job done in the simplest way possible.George also provided a high level of communication and support.  He kept us informed every step of the way, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the results.Overall, we highly recommend George and the Fast Glass team for anyone in need of glass replacement.

George did a fabulous job & was very friendly and courteous. I had a cracked window replaced and a small clear window inserted in a window grate. The service was super prompt and George arrived on the same day even though the job wasn't urgent. Prices were very reasonable. Would thoroughly recommend.

Our glass screen door shattered and George was so quick to come out and ensure the glass was strapped safely in place while we waited for the replacement glass. The install also went really smoothly and quickly. Gave us peace of mind and impressed with the quick turnaround!

George is passionate about his business, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and engaging. I contacted him about replacing weather-damaged laminated glass panels in our conservatory. Due to changes in building codes a straight replacement was not possible so to replace it 10 mm toughened tinted glass was agreed. George kept me informed from the start of the process right throughout. George and his great team turned up on the day we agreed. It was very hot and the individual glass panels were heavy but George and his team of 3 did not complain and finished the job quicker than we thought. In addition, the area was cleaned afterwards. George went the extra mile by applying silicone in areas that were outside the agreed scope of work. In summary, George and the team did a great job, we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and I highly recommend George and his business.

My bedroom window broke yesterday, needed emergency replacement. I have called a larger company but couldn't get i fix till next year January.I have read some good review about fastglass247 and decided to give a try.I rang and was able to speak to Pan, she was really helpful, friendly and able to slot me in for today. George came today and fix my window. He is very friendly, approachable and professional. He explained and demonstrated very well the glass being installed. When our window on the 45th story was smashed, we got into contact with George, who was helpful and knowledgeable on the situation.He was able to get the job done swiftly after weather delays. Corner Office kitchen window discovered smashed by vandals late yesterday 12/1/2023 at 4pm.We are situated on a very busy road.Rang Fast Glass, spoke to Pan, by 6.30pm the window was boarded up and made secure for the night by Max.Midday today, George came and installed the new glass. He is quick, thorough and has a great sense of humour.I highly recommend Fast Glass 24 Hrs 7days.
