We engaged PK Civil & Structural Engineering in 2018 to advise and assist with the construction of footings and associated concrete slabs for a series of 1400mm besser block (core filled and rebar) retaining walls around our lap pool. The 1:6 slope and limited access around the existing dwelling presented challenges for the footings which were easily addressed and at the time of posting this review (2years post construction) the walls have stood rock solid and have NO cracks or signs of stress or fatigue. Our plans and structural documentation to Council passed first time without amendment.Highly recommend.
