*Warning* I attempted to exchange a $90 Vape I purchased a few weeks ago as it started to display an error message and would not work. Despite having the original receipt, I was refused a refund or exchange as the staff member stated that they had to get permission from China to exchange goods. I advised that this is a breach of SA law, and the attendant advised that they followed Chinese law because it was a chinese product.Have lodged a complaint with Consumer and Business Services South Australia and will await an exchange an apology

Went in to buy some coils he didn't have the ones I asked for but said he had ones that would work with my vape , but didn't work so went back and the staff wouldn't help in any way $25 wasted I went to the vape shop in Elizabeth and asked about the coils and yes he sold me the wrong one's he said, bad service I won't go in this shop again,

Brought a vape and recommend specific parts and few months later it broke and went there to fix it and they told me i brought the wrong parts which is not supposed to be used together.

The lady who served me ,ROLLED HER EYES AT MY QUESTION ,& WAS DISMISIVE, to me ,a paying customer !NOT FRIENDLY,OR WELCOMING, JUST PLAIN RUDE ..... IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK THAT THE STAFF ARE FREINDLY ???
