Hands down best meal I've had in Hervey Bay. I had the Beef Short Rib Special and meat was so tender and had the best flavour, and the potato salad with it was really nice and fresh. Had 2 tasting paddles and the beers were awesome. .. downside is it's 5mins from my house which could be dangerous.

Amazing beers, even had a Pilsner, jalapeno poppers and wings, actually all the food I have tried was full of flavour. Great happy staff too

Had an amazing time at Caldron Brewing yesterday. The beer selection was diverse and loved the fact that they had a sour on tap! Can highly recommend the Blueberry Sour. The food was delicious and the servings were huge, even the small plates. My fav was the jalapeño poppers. The team were super friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back when we are in Hervey Bay.

A great little brewery with extensive range of beers. Food selection on menu (see photo) is ample. Knowledgeable and friendly staff make this a must do in Hervey Bay. My favourite was the Session Hazy pale ale (No4)

Refreshing and great tasting beers and drink selection. Friendly and genuine service. Absolutely delicious food. Had the beef burger, and fried chicken burger and chips. Best my partner and I have ever had, and it even beats Brisbane burgers

Cauldron Brewing is an amazing venue. Love coming here for their selection of beers, a craft brewery who are passionate about creating a diverse range, and you can always find something you like, and if you’re unsure the staff are always willing to chat about what you might life and assist.The food is also delicious.Can’t recommend this place enough

Seriously a hidden gem.Don't be fooled by the exterior, inside is on of the best hazy pales I have had.The food is incredible.They have hit the nail on the head.

Have visited here a couple of times. This is Hervey Bay's only craft brewery. It produces a great range of beers with new brews being developed all the time. A tasting paddle costs $16 and consists of 4 good size glasses (around 150ml each). My favourite tipple is the Mosaic Pale Ale. The owner is great to talk to and is very happy to share the experience in setting up the brewery and how the process works on a daily basis. There is inside and outside seating. The outside is very hot in Summer. The service is first class and friendly. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. My wife and I tried the Jalapeno poppers (pretty hot) the Korean chicken and the Duck potstickers. They were all delicious. The brewery has takeaway beers available in growlers only. I bought a 1.89 litre Mosaic Pale Ale for $29 plus a once only charge of $15 for the growler. There is also a smaller growler. I would strongly recommend a visit to this excellent craft brewery.

Lovely little brewery tucked away in Hervey Bay. Knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Food was excellent as well. Would recommend as we even got some takeaway beers!

Just got home from here after having dinner. Mate, what a great place!! Of course, the beers were the highlight but the food was fantastic too! We had two starters; duck confit, jalapeño poppers and then the Barramundi and Country Fried Steak for main. After tasting 6 different beers and dinner, I was glad my wife drove home but we were both very satisfied for sure. Highly recommend
