Never actually been here, but have dealt with an agent in an effort to buy. The agent I interacted with, in hindsight, was a bit of a bull. It's a pretty big step to buy a house, but this guy only cared about making a sale and I found his tactics were more about trying to push up the price and yet tell me how much of a bargain I was getting - some might say that's a form of gaslighting. Anyway, at a further inspection he seemed to think that was the point I had agreed to buy and even wanted me to sign a contract then and there - when he realised that wasn't the case, basically made it about how I'd wasted his time.Disappointing because I don't feel I would ever want to deal with him ever again, would rather miss out on the perfect house than have to work with such a childish and manipulative person.

Staff are all very friendly, communicative, and helpful! The property managers are fantastic. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Not only was maintenance ordered quickly but Andrew also fixed several minor maintenance items on the spot--saving the owner hundreds of dollars and saving time for me as the tenant. When the lease ended (as the property was being sold), Abi Rowlands of their PM team actively helped me to find a new place and, together with Andrew, made the transition to my next property as smooth as possible. Andrew Kirby, from James Dean Realty, would have to be at the top of our list of Property Maintenance Managers. He has recently been involved in getting on top of maintenance issues in updating two properties that needed to be rented as a matter of some urgency.
