Not bad. Been twice and have bought shoes. Went today and the sales lady wasn't too friendly, felt very unwelcome. The sales reps could do with some training on customer service - not expecting gold service, just a warm welcome and not be so cold.

Best place to but shoes in bankstown area. This shop is located on first floor of Bankstown Center just next to entry and opposite to st. George bank. All shoes have got very less price and they are all high quality products. Everyone should buy shoes from here or slippers. Nice staff working here. They are very friendly

Horrible customer service.I was greeted by the worker speaking very loud on the work phone in Chinese.I then proceeded to shop around and I found a gorgeous shoe. I managed to get the Chinese worker attention ( she put the work phone on the hold ) and came to me.I asked her for assistance as I didn't know how to tie up the shoe properly.She rudely told me no and went back to her phone and continued talking. She told me that I could do it myself and that she will not come close to me because of 'covid'.I was shocked by her customer service. I left the shoe and existed the store very upset.
