After months of trouble with repairs to my home, I have had the most incredible experience with Unique Building Services. The communication, quality of the repairs and the manner in which my home was left at the end of each day was outstanding. Wade, Ross and Bianca are an exceptional team and I can not praise them highly enough. If you need a team that is reliable, on time and professional; you've found them at UBS. 10/10

I am still waiting for the Building permit to be issued 5 months after the initial damage, the are not telling the truth to the insurance company when asked about the repairs, was told it would be 2 weeks until possible start time but the Building surveyor has not even received the paperwork I signed 4 weeks ago, not sure how the permit was approved if it wasn't submitted...They don't respond to messages for updates. i have been more than patient but enough is enough.Thank you for the reply - the surveyor has not received paperwork, I have email correspondence. I have contacted your office and i receive no replies to my emails....

Our Garage Roller Door replacement claim was managed by Jo-Anna Ferguson in a most professional and friendly way. The claim process was excellent. We were updated on the progress of the claim, even over the Christmas and New Year period. There was never a day that we were left wondering how or when. Sincere thanks to Unique Building Services.

We had the great pleasure of engaging the UBS team after the Corryong bushfires. There empathy and support during the insurance claim process was second to none. All contacts from building supervisor through to trades personal was a sincere experience. Work was done with professionalism ,no fuss, high quality workmanship and leaving site Spock and span after process. I would highly recommend them

Warning: Do NOT use this company. The only reason they received one star is because I cannot give them any less. We are having the worst experience imaginable with this company. To say that they are the most unresponsive, unprofessional and lazy building company is an understatement. I have been fobbed off, ignored and lied to at every step of the way. They are also lying to my insurance company whose hands are tied. We are looking at homelessness and financial ruin because they cannot get their work done. Their assessor was in our house on 22 June and promised a report in five working days. Five working days later we were told that it would be available at the end of the week. At the end of the week we were told that the report would be available at the start of the next week. At the start of the next week, they lied to the insurance company and told them that it would be another 1-2 days and would be a priority. After 2 days, Trish has informed the insurance agency that Tom the assessor would not be in the office until the 14th of July at which point we would receive our report. This is unacceptable. If they had told us it would be a month, then we could have made plans to deal with that expectation, however, the constant lying and lack of professionalism has meant that we have not been able to even make contingency plans.

Update:Appreciate that I received a call from the company discussing my concerns below. This demonstrates some professionalism, so I have upped the stars to two, but still does not fix what occurred but does go someway toward improving their reputation.Background:This business was asked to provide a quote for an insurance company, at the request of the insurance company, for water damage to an ensuite and bedroom. The quote provided by Unique Building Services was ridiculously low under $800 with a poor evaluation/inspection, and not wearing a mask during COVID (as directed by the insurance company).I have had experience renovating houses and knew the work and quote were as low as possible to please the insurance company. I made the decision to get a local Albury builder in who reviewed the quote and was shocked at the lack of detail and investigation. The new quote from my builder for water damage over $3,800.

UBS carried out an insurance repair to our property. They co-ordinated the job efficiently and maintained contact throughout keeping me informed at each stage of the repair. I was extremely happy with each trade that attended. A great result.

Great service and finished product after roof leak damaged ceiling and two interior walls. Colour matched paint to whole lounge room.
