was served by chantelle a few days ago who was the absolute best in finding a last minute gift for my dad! i was so stressed trying to find something and she was able to narrow my ideas down until we found one! 10/10 experience, amazing customer service! will definitely be back.

The staff are always very helpfull and freindly. Just came from the store. Emmalee and Tanell are always putting customers first.

Sunara and the team, go above and beyond. It's rare to get such consistently fantastic customer service. Prices are great, the shop is always well presented and I also love the 'miscellanious' crystals, tins & funky ashtrays etc.

Poor customer service, a staff member that speaks to you like you're an idiot and wrong information due to lack of knowledge i.e. claiming that your prices are the same when they aren't is illegal. The redheaded girl needs to be performance managed and retrained:1) When I mentioned I would go to Woolworths because they were cheaper she told me her prices were the same as their's. (Incorrect information) 2) I went to dispute this fact but she spoke right over the top of me and proceeded to speak to me like I was an idiot. I know how prices work. 3) Woolworths are cheaper...I gave the receipt to her as proof of this fact and she STILL wanted to have a go at me. 4) unless you can be 100 percent certain that your information is correct do not claim your prices are the same. By doing so, even if it is claimed verbally, you have entered into a legal contract between yourself and the consumer. I suggest you retrain her or this will happen again with other people. Time: approximately 2:30pm on Saturday 1 September.

An excellent service provided by the staff! All your needed products for your vaporiser! Fragrant oils! Wheelchair access to the store for the disabled ♿I recently bought a new battery for $12.00 for my vaporizer! They have some very novel products in this store especially hilarious toilet books to keep your spirits up while on the bog! Ha! Ha! On the 25th of June I escorted my girlfriend into Smokemart to reset her vaporizer as it was set up far too high! The same lady who sold it to her gladly showed her the settings! She now doesn't choke on every puff!On Fridayv13th 2019 I bought a pyramid salt light for $39.00! I love it!

I have gone to the smoke shop for 5 yes and always felt it was a pleasant experience, until today there was a girl on that is usually not on, all the girls know I get gold and she gave me menthol, how do you get menthol when I asked for Gold. Anyway horrible experience I won't be going in there again.
