I love this fish & chip shop it is still one of the very best I so wish they were in my area. The fish & chips are cooked so nice I recommend them real potatoes not frozen. Can't say enough how good they are never disappoint.

Ordered online. Lucky I did as the place was packed.Order consisted of Family Pack - 4 pieces Butterfish, Calamari and Large Chips. Plus a Schnitzel pack with gravy.Despite the Que out the door - our order was ready for pick up in time.Food was great.Recommended.

The food was really good, but the customer service at the counter was terrible. Had the lady with blonde hair up in a bun, She was rude and seemed quite up herself. Seemed like she didn't even want to be there. Everyone else was really great. And the food was amazing, so thanks to all the other people in the shop who know how to smile.

Wow, has this place changed.Chips were great as they always used to be.Calamari was also good.A large whiting for over $14 IS NOT 120mm long.The king prawns were very small and looked as if they had been fried at least 3 times not to mention they were like rubber inside.Not wasting my money here again.

It was my second time walking to Sotos from my home, and I thoroughly enjoy their Butterfish & Calamari. However, I was disappointed when I opened my package at home, and found that I was missing 1 Butterfish (I ordered 2 Butterfish & 2 Calamari). I didn't have time to walk back and rectify the order, but that's on me. Hope for better service next time. Would still go back!

Randomly went here and realised it was Voted SAs Best First and Chip shop and it lived to that hype I believe. Chips were cooked perfectly even with their deceiving colour and the fish and calamari were fantastic.

Hey the fish is yummy and the chips are good.. the is no where to sit , but who cares, take them down to the beach or park ..Prices are good and the staff are nice.I am very picky when it comes to fish & chips, and this place ticks the boxes and fills the tummy , with good portions of their chips for the price.Look forward to getting my next feed when I'm down this way again.

First time here about a month ago and thought fish n chips were out of this world! Second round, fish was small and overdone and chips were nearly raw cos we asked for soft ones as in the first instance.

The food here is fantastic; fresh and flavourful menu, great seafood, genuine friendly service, very busy so be patient, it’s well worth the wait, excellent value for money too. Thanks Sotos Fish Shop, a big highlight of our trip to Semaphore.
