Absolutely outstanding in everyway!!Pre-op was7 days prior to surgery I emailed changes to order Monday at 5pm WA time by 7.30 (9.30-10pm their time) I had a call back from Claire super supportive help wherever she could ,I sent a screen shot of bank transfer and she worked her magic ❤️❤️ my surgery was last Monday my garments where sent direct to hospital they are of the highest quality xxPlasmetics is a absolute dream to deal with Thank you so very much for easing what was a stressful week ❤️❤️❤️

Terrible service, mis management, zero customer care or communication. Would never use again. A week out of surgery and no garmets yet promised delivery by operation date. This lady thinks its okay to compromise the surgry recovery and blame everybody else.

Used this company for post op bras as it's the company my surgeon suggested / ordered from for me. I haven't had a good experience with this company.The bras got sent to the wrong hospital therefore I did not have the compression bras for straight after my surgery. The swelling got quite bad as I had no bras to wear after the surgery to help with compression. I had to ring this company the morning after my surgery to see where and if they had sent the bras as the hospital couldn't find them. Finally, I got my two bras 30 mins before discharge from the hospital the day after my surgery. My surgeon had to send his nurse to the other hospital to pick them up for me.I've asked for a receipt 6 times to claim from my health insurance and the company representative suggested that a receipt has been sent to me even though I have the email trail with no receipt. The bras themselves didn't provide much compression and threads started to come off them after 3 days of wearing. My physio gave me a compression bandage which made my swelling go down in 24 hours and worked so much better than these expensive bras. For the price of the bras, the quality and the service, I wouldn't recommend this company.
