I was referred to Natasha and spoke over the phone today. Before spending my money I wanted to get some insight into the testing and process for my partner, Natasha was vague in her answers and I was rushed off the phone after she returned my call. Was not a good first impression for me, next time allow time to speak to a potential customer when returning the call and review your customer service standards on first points of contact.Felt very disappointed after the call back.
