Always good for a late night shop, reduced items are everywhere! Never a lot of help available at checkouts if you require it though.

Great store, always clean and tidy.Staff are always friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable as well and go out there way to help. Located in the Centro complex with Coles and small speciality stores. My only negative is lack of some stock but that is due to the current situation in Australia no fault of the store.Accessible to all abilities and have facilities in the complex.

Went to get an item today which i knew they had as my daughterinlaw brought one the day before....asked 4 yes 4 staff members if they could show me where such item would be...they all said we dont stock them ...so i went of and found it myself ...honestly if they going to employ these staff members knowing what the store stocks would help...so frustrating and time consuming

Terrible customer service delivered by Charlie at the checkout this evening 7.2.23 Burnie Tasmania. Charlie was rude and unhelpful. She clearly dislikes her job and assisting customers. Not an enjoyable shopping experience. Next time we will leave our purchases at the checkout and leave the store. Not prepared to tolerate rudness when customers ultimately pay Charlie's wages. Pick up your game or get out.

Much better range then the devonport store (my local) but it felt like some of the staff were either having a bad day or worn out and their attitudes reflected this. Otherwise great store and well set out. Quite easy to keep the 1.5m apart the way the store is set out.
