Was really craving ice cream and couldn't decide which one I wanted. I was served by a lovely girl, Saskia, she helped me choose which flavour and was very bright and bubbly. Will definitely be returning soon !!

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Stood in the shop for 5 mins till finally someone came out. The girl never said a word and acted like a mute. ‘Hello’ and a ‘thank you’ goes a long way.I’ll stick to to Dendys for choc tops from now on.

I visited Baskin-Robbins Hamilton approximately a fortnight ago and was served by two young girls. The girls served me and my son in a polite manner while maintaining the upmost professionalism and great customer service. The customer areas and behind the counter were both very clean. They both deserve to be commended for their dedication to Baskin-Robbins Hamilton and the boost they have given the reputation of this establishment.

The ice cream was decent, but they had no vanilla. NONE AT ALL. Like what ice cream store doesn't come with vanilla? The customer service wasn't all that great, they were doing their job, yet they seemed like they had no soul.

Love Baskin-Robbins ice cream but the service was not great. Shop feels empty and not inviting. Second time I’ve been here and not impressed.
